Federal Member for Kingsford Smith Matt Thistlethwaite today announced that a re-elected Albanese Labor Government will deliver $50,000 to support the Coogee Synagogue’s kitchen renovation project.
This election commitment will support the modernisation of the synagogue’s kitchen facilities, enabling expanded community meal programs, cultural celebrations, and social support services that benefit local Jewish families and the broader community.
The Albanese Labor Government has consistently invested in community infrastructure across Sydney’s Eastern Suburbs, recognising the vital role of faith-based organisations in strengthening social connections and providing essential services.
