Say no to Sydney Water pumping raw sewage into Botany

Raw sewage should not be released into major waterways in our community.

But that is exactly what is occurring in Botany Bay during heavy rain with Sydney Water regularly discharging hundreds of millions of litres of raw sewage into the Mill Stream Wetlands which then flows into Botany Bay and out onto Foreshore Beach.

I strongly object to Sydney Water being granted any approval to discharge sewage into Botany Bay at any time. The Wetlands are an important community asset in the heart of our global city, but they are still being used as a sewage wastelands.

Please sign my petition calling to stop Sydney Water from pumping raw sewage into the Mill Stream Wetlands and Botany Bay.
