Stop the overdevelopment in our community

Stop the overdevelopment in our community

The NSW Liberals are ignoring our local communities and letting big developers like Meriton get away with overdevelopment.

It’s the same story of too much development with too little infrastructure in growing areas like Little Bay, Pagewood and Matraville.

The NSW Liberals expect our community to take all this development without any support.

Enough is enough.

The addition of 4000 new dwellings at the Meriton development at Pagewood will put too much pressure on our transport networks, including the bus and light-rail routes.

Meanwhile, in Matraville, Opal Packaging and Suez Recycling and Recovery are planning to build a massive incinerator in the community.

Port Botany is already one of the most polluted areas in Australia, we don’t need a massive incinerator built in Matraville to spew even more damaging emissions over our community.

It’s wrong and it needs to change. Join our community campaign to stop overdevelopment.
